1. The weekly subscription price is very excessive for an app that, for me, has difficulty downloading in app functions and rendering only a small portion of effects available for use.listen, it's a great app for photo editing- hell I love using it,,, but the premium stuff is terrible.

2. When I tried to save the image I was redirected to a page explaining that it's not really free but costs $1.99. It's a good editing app but I felt tricked, very shady business practice! I've cancelled my "free" subscription and asked for my money back.

10. There is some kind of a problem with effects, they won't download, when you press on it a video ad starts and after that it takes you on the same spot you left.

1. Fix Filterloop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Filterloop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Filterloop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Filterloop" » Open Filterloop: Photo Filters and Analog Film Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Filterloop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Filterloop: Photo Filters and Analog Film Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Filterloop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Filterloop: Photo Filters and Analog Film Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Filterloop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Filterloop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Filterloop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Filterloop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Filterloop not working

2. Fix Filterloop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Filterloop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Filterloop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Filterloop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
