1. what a waste of time & money!This is a good app but when you try to connect to the drone it won't connect I have to use a different phone also for people that have this if your drone motor stop working it means that you are not cooling off your motor its says wait about 15 minutes for the motor to cool offAndroid app doesn't load on Google Pixel 4 XL.

2. But its kinda hard to get used to with the controls because u get confused by the left from the right or even with going up from down.AMAZING !!! I am still having a hard time believing that it really works like it is suppost to !!! The other fold up drone I bought had everything wrong with it LOVIN IT ... MY EXPERIENCE WITH IT HAS BEEN GREAT SO FAR ........ THANK U SO MUCH for taking time and having quality craftsmanship in your product IT HAS BEEN FASINATINGSurprisingly enough it does everything that it claims.

3. you just install the app and connect to it the same way you would accept you don't connect to a vento Wi-Fi you connect to director Wi-Fi that the drone emits.

4. I had no problems getting everything linked and was in the air as quickly as I got batteries in the controller.Tried to connect to home wifi but has a wifi called director and it got stuck on "Obtaining IP Adress" for a long time and did not connect.

5. Crash landed on my first flight because it did not show the REAL introductory instructions (most importantly) GPS CALIBRATION!!!!@@Absolutely love this drone.

6. waste of money on drone I thought, if unable to view the video or pics.

7. secondly customer support told me this is the only protocol director app but you can actually use the protocol vento app to control the director which doesn't have any malware.

8. I was eyeing a $176 dollar drone before i noticed this one.

10. This was a $100 drone and i thought it was worth it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Protocol Director APP Issues
