Why should I report an Issue with FxGuru: Movie FX Director?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Picadelic to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The only disappointment is the audio is too loud that you cant hear your own live audio and the only other issue is when you want to add your own background by pressing 'Open', it only adds video and not photos and this always seems to crash as my high definition short videos are too much for the app to handle and ends up crashing.I've been using this app for quite a few years now, effects are absolutely top-notch, my only complaint is it now appears to be a "cobweb" app, not maintained or updated, it's been the same selection of effects for several years, and messages sent to the developer unanswered.

It'll still charge you $ for the effects, either single or the entire package, & this is where FXGuru really shines, because you can buy these amazingly realistic effects (rocket launcher my absolute fave) for a BUCK!!Constant crashing on Galaxy S21 Ultra and couldn't make any movies because of it! Was great when used with my Pixel 2 & 4 but on the 7 Pro, every picture/movie is all blurry regardless of what we do.

3. It would be nice to have the ability to mix the levels of background sounds since the app adds music and sound to the effects, but any background sounds can be added in a video editor.

4. I can't justify purchasing anything without first knowing for sure the finished videos can be shared easily.Great app and used it for all kinds of amusing situations.

5. A really nice program that's easy to use and enjoyable with a few bugs.This is worth the $10, no doubt about it! Super easy to use while offering several tweakable settings to adjust to get just what ya want.

6. Those files will take up a lot of space.Although the effects are high quality, almost all of them are only available to purchase.

7. It's definitely not compatible with the Pixel and there doesn't seem to be any help from the developer.longer clips and the option to remove the end post.

1. Fix FxGuru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FxGuru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FxGuru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FxGuru" » Open FxGuru: Movie FX Director » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FxGuru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FxGuru: Movie FX Director app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FxGuru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FxGuru: Movie FX Director" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FxGuru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FxGuru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FxGuru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FxGuru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FxGuru not working

2. Fix FxGuru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FxGuru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FxGuru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FxGuru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
