1. I've tried things suggested in the help center and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once, but still can't get in to my courses that I've paid for! I did login on the actual website (using this same connection) and could see my courses, but it's much more convenient to be able to use the app!I initially gave this app a poor review yet didn't realize I never came back to adjust it even after my problem was solved.
2. This is annoying because the phone will start talking every time I want to check my email.I cannot get an answer from anyone.
3. If I pause the video, then every time I wake my phone up, the video starts again.
4. From what I can see, it isn't clear on the courses page and I can't find a reasonable way to search the selected courses.
5. Thank you, in advance.Even when you pay for the courses you can't view them on your phone when downloading them.
6. Not sure how it works between app & phone.I've been using the app for quite sometime with no issues and now everytime I try to login I get an "Oops" and "Check your connection".
7. I have my courses with me all the time and can go through a lesson whenever I have time free.
8. Also I've noticed that the layout will freeze at times and duplicate itself if that makes any sense.Unpauses every time I open my phone.
9. :( And pop-out mode is a weird square shape instead of the aspect ratio of the video so you get black bars on top and bottom which is rather annoying.
10. It is really difficult to find anywhere where I can actually see which courses are included in the personal plan.
11. Its not clear if the video auto gets disabled/sleep when minimized or if it stays active like the audio playing in the background.
