Just Dance Now Customer Insights
1. Although it may be because I'm still a newish player and haven't sorted everything out yet: a way to mark favorite songs, a way to sort the song list by difficulty ratings, a way to sort the song list by multi dancer (I'm never sure which dancer I'm supposed to follow or how to switch the dancer).I'm a little sad that it doesn't have some more of the classic songs but I still do enjoy the game so far as I have the sub which helps greatly, the only thing I don't like is when I press the off button accidentally while dancing and it completely takes me out but at least it'll keep me back in once I open the app.
2. It would make the game much more enjoyable, than dancing to 2 songs and then waiting a whole day to dance to another.when I load up the app, theres a black screen with green pixels in the corner, and you can NOT skip the tutorial, which costs 100 coins so that's a bummer.
3. For one thing, majority of the song roster are recent songs, and a lot of the popular songs from older games are not present in the game (Where Have You Been and She Wolf, for example).
4. FYI, the only way to actually play is if you get a subscription bc you'll waste the 2 free songs just trying to connect.Never consistent luck with this app.
5. The songs were more expensive, but after that, you could play that song as many times as you want for free.
6. I sat with it on the song selection screen for a few minutes but it still had issues after saying it was loading and then just kicked me back to the selection screen without letting me play but took my coins.
7. I love just dance so I didn't mind paying for the subscription but honestly there's no point in having the subscription if they're not going to update with any new songs.
8. My phone isn't the newest, but it isn't old either.I won't lie, Just Dance is one of my favorite games to play when I have free time.
9. I originally downloaded just dance expecting them to have all the classic songs, but I was disappointed when I barley knew any of the songsI'm enjoying it.
10. I'm getting tired of playing the same songs over and over even after scrolling through the list of songs and trying new ones out , wish they had all the old classic songs as well.
11. Can only play one song a day and, according to the game, most of the music isn't even available.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Just Dance Now Issues
1. Fix Just Dance Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

- Check Just Dance Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Just Dance Now might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Just Dance Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Just Dance Now then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Just Dance Now not working
2. Fix Just Dance Now Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Just Dance Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Just Dance Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Just Dance Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
