1. The opened chat is great and really funny sometimes! Minus points : The fact that you can send ONLY " 10 seconds pictures" in the chat is bad for you as entrepreneur , because it pushes people that want to comunicate towards other apps.

2. It's absolutely not a friendly environment using this app and I've come across people who were fake when they shared their picture with me.The app needs to allow users to identify which country they're in, as I kept getting messages in languages that weren't my own.

3. Now after the last update I miss the ability to match with people by swiping left/right, the requests to online users is very expensive while getting coins is difficult.

4. What I like best about this app is that the proportion of authentic people there is relatively high, compared with that at other anonymous chat venues.App feature is best , simple and easy to use.

5. One suggestion though is instead of setting a chat request limit, allow users to watch ads or download apps etc for more requests.

10. The constant requirement of location activation is ANNOYING AND INVASIVE ESPECIALLY SINCE IT DOESNT EVEN PAIR you with people in the same country as you.

1. Fix Twiq Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twiq: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twiq App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twiq" » Open Twiq - Anonymous Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twiq » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twiq - Anonymous Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twiq servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twiq - Anonymous Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twiq app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twiq might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twiq. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twiq then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twiq not working

2. Fix Twiq Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twiq be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twiq not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twiq may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
