My Collections Customer Insights

1. Shame these extra features aren't part of My Game Collection which only tracks your collection itself.Great it not only helps keep track of your sets it shows what abilities you have access to as you add your sets and what abilities are needed to 100% each set or zone owned or not, its extremely handy if you play Lego dimensions try this app out for yourself it's hard to explain how helpful it can actually be.I have to click on the sidebar to enable the premium version every time I launch the app, or else I get the ads, it's annoying :( please fix it?You force me to rate you.

2. I also noticed that the app doesn't list some characters with abilities, like how Buttercup can use Spinjiztu.Not only great to keep track of what you own and what you're still missing, but perfect for keeping your in-game achievements, e.g. Red Bricks.

3. Good work.Love the app only way it gets better is being able to track the gold bricks of each level and help with the gold bricksGreat app for helping track and progress the game.

4. However, I noticed that the Starter Pack characters aren't counted when it comes to access to Adventure Worlds, so if you could please update the list to include them, that would be great.

5. I love the relational aspect of it, e.g., what characters and abilities you need for each part of the game, brilliant.

6. Bizarrely though this app doesn't provide a backup feature, so a phone reset meant I lost all records of my in-game achievements.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Collections Issues

1. Fix My Collections Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Collections: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Collections App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Collections" » Open My Collections: Dimensions Ed. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Collections » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Collections: Dimensions Ed. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Collections servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Collections: Dimensions Ed." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Collections app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Collections might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Collections. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Collections then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Collections not working


2. Fix My Collections Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Collections be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Collections not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Collections may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
