1. Synch is the main function that makes this app worthwhile, a pity it is just broken (other similar apps handle it without any problems), please fix it.I'm a little bit in love with this app!! My game collection is growing to the point of forgetting which expansions I have vs which ones I want, and I was always trying to remember 'that' game I played at so and so's bbq that time.

I suspect that in the cases where 0 results are returned the app could be updated to trim the front and back for common occurrence things like those mentioned and I think that would make the cataloging of large collections even faster.So far so good, but would like an option to list expansions under primary game that are different edition.

Notes for the developer: A couple things I noticed, when I scanned some of the boxes (ignoring plastic wrap glare issues) the responses sometimes had "book:" before the name or had "board game" at the end which both cases seemed to response with 0 results and removal of those returned the results I expected.

4. 2 stars instead of 1, because the few minutes I saw the interface it was clean, and good looking.This is my favorite board game app for tracking my collection.

One to keep an eye on though and with a patch this looks to be an ideal app for recording games.I like a lot the graphics of the app, very clean view, and was even willing to buy the ad-free version, but the synchronization with BGG is just broken: initially it duplicated entries (!?), and when introducing the wishlist it just doesn't work, not doing any updates any more.

6. Helps when you don't want to buy duplicates!I really like having the app as it helps me keep track of what games I do have when I am out shopping or discussing the name of a game I just got with a friend.

7. *Edit* Thank you for the fast response, it works!cool concept, but 3 minutes into exploring the app, a full screen cover ad popped up... yeah, I expected some ads (like the bar across the bottom) but it's not worth my time to even check out this app to see if I want the premium version when it's that intrusive into the usage experience.

8. A little bit of lag when switching between things, however sadly it kept crashing whenever I tried to add a new game to my collection.

9. Really slow and frustrating to have to click into a board game, then click add item, instead of selecting multiple at a time for bulk adds.

10. When sharing a link to your collection, the square grid view is pleasing to the eyes, but it isn't as functional as the list view in the app.The app is missing some basic functionality.

11. However, it's the only app I've found that lets you to filter by player count and category AND game mechanic also.There needs to be a way to select multiple items at a time.

1. Restart My Board Game Collection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Board Game Collection App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Board Game Collection" » Open My Board Game Collection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Board Game Collection » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Board Game Collection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Board Game Collection servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Board Game Collection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Board Game Collection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Board Game Collection might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Board Game Collection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Board Game Collection then reinstall.
