1. (If I had to diagnose the possible problem, it appears that the accept button is stuck under both the buttons to view both the terms/privacy, however as it is stuck in a Landscape view, the end user is unable to see or click on it) One can hope that eventually the app will be updated to fix this mess, however it has been about a month and a half and if Turner has noticed the flaw, it seems it does not care enough to fix it.The content has trouble loading just to open the app itself.

I'd like to review the changes they made to the new app however the update has completely removed any ability to use it, with startup on my Galaxy Note 8 bringing me to a screen telling me I'd need to accept their terms of service and privacy policy, but providing no clear way to do so, making the app unusable and it's contents unwatchable.

3. Other times, it would let me get to the signing in part only to kick me back to the home screen again! The few times it felt like working, it would think and think, and think for (sometimes) 5+ minutes and then the stream would be choppy and pixelated.

4. Not the fact that there are commercials, but the fact that it takes several of them forever to load so a 180 sec commercial break turns into a 8 minute break is quite annoying.

1. Fix Watch TBS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Watch TBS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Watch TBS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Watch TBS" » Open Watch TBS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Watch TBS » click "UPDATE".

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Watch TBS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
