1. (If I had to diagnose the possible problem, it appears that the accept button is stuck under both the buttons to view both the terms/privacy, however as it is stuck in a Landscape view, the end user is unable to see or click on it) One can hope that eventually the app will be updated to fix this mess, however it has been about a month and a half and if Turner has noticed the flaw, it seems it does not care enough to fix it.The content has trouble loading just to open the app itself.

I'd like to review the changes they made to the new app however the update has completely removed any ability to use it, with startup on my Galaxy Note 8 bringing me to a screen telling me I'd need to accept their terms of service and privacy policy, but providing no clear way to do so, making the app unusable and it's contents unwatchable.

3. Other times, it would let me get to the signing in part only to kick me back to the home screen again! The few times it felt like working, it would think and think, and think for (sometimes) 5+ minutes and then the stream would be choppy and pixelated.

4. Not the fact that there are commercials, but the fact that it takes several of them forever to load so a 180 sec commercial break turns into a 8 minute break is quite annoying.

5. App crashes before or after commercials, which is terrible when watching a movie bc there will be, like, 10 commercial breaks and half of them cause to app to crash.

6. I have no complaints except for 1 minor thing, sometimes when an episode returns from a quick commercial break I can hear the commercial continuing in the background.

7. Why should I have two apps and multiple sign ins just to figure out one problem.Love that I can access my favorite TV shows and movies.

8. We watched a 90 minute movie and probably spent 30 minutes watching ads, and half the ads wont load.

9. You have to back out and restart the movie to get rid of it.This is the worst app I have ever dealt with! I would like to have given it no stars but I had to choose the lowest they had so I could write a review.

1. Fix Watch TBS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Watch TBS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Watch TBS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Watch TBS" » Open Watch TBS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Watch TBS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Watch TBS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Watch TBS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Watch TBS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Watch TBS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Watch TBS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Watch TBS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Watch TBS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Watch TBS not working

2. Fix Watch TBS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Watch TBS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Watch TBS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Watch TBS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
