1. But it never works.This happened once before to me and resolved by itself in a couple of days.Useless. You login, watch a movie, but the next time you want to use the app it fails with an error.

1. Fix WATCH TCM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WATCH TCM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WATCH TCM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WATCH TCM" » Open WATCH TCM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WATCH TCM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WATCH TCM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WATCH TCM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WATCH TCM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WATCH TCM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WATCH TCM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WATCH TCM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WATCH TCM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WATCH TCM not working
