1. Welp, looks like it's the ever encroaching darkness for me!!! Thank you Tufts!First I get an email that says "Well that was embarrassing! Here's the actual address to log in and register" I had never tried to register in the first place.

2. "Embarrassing" is correct Tufts.Every time I try to use the app to display my ID card, it says 'oops something went wrong' - of all the possible things to use this app for, that's like the one thing this app should do correctly no matter what.

3. Ive tried to open this app multiple times and even restarted my phone, yet the app still doesnt work and gives me an error that it stopped working.

4. Save yourself the trouble and dont download the app.This app was incredibly helpful for finding providers in my network...until I tried to find an optometrist who is in network because I need new glasses.

5. That didn't work, so I tried the app and after going through several steps get "Error, please try again after sometime" I am now officially concerned if I ever have to use my insurance.

6. I have my phone, standing at the pharmacy, bring up the app so I can show my card and... Oops... Called tufts.

1. Fix Tufts Health Plan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tufts Health Plan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tufts Health Plan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tufts Health Plan" » Open Tufts Health Plan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tufts Health Plan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tufts Health Plan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tufts Health Plan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tufts Health Plan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tufts Health Plan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tufts Health Plan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tufts Health Plan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tufts Health Plan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tufts Health Plan not working

2. Fix Tufts Health Plan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tufts Health Plan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tufts Health Plan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tufts Health Plan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
