1. Says my stuff is invalid and when I tried to create an account through the app, it sends me an email to complete the process, but when I click the link it doesn't do anything.

2. Taunting us a desert mirage until the delivery person shows up.Doesn't work!! I'm trying to set up a new account, and the spot where I enter the email address is inaccessible.

3. Most companies verify email by having the user open a link in a browser, I don't understand why you wouldn't do that as well.Can't complete account set up.

4. They really need to add the option to save previously used kiosks(as well as add a custom name to the ones you save).While the idea is wonderful and the app has always functioned fine for me, it requires a minimum $5 deposit and no way to get your extra money refunded back to you.

5. This shouldn't even be available to download if it doesn't work!!I downloaded this app because the machine at my work declines my cards, though neither of them are locked, and there's plenty of money for a drink on both of them.

6. I put in a password after creating an account on the kiosk, put the password in the app, says it's invalid.

7. Edit: if you actually are interested in fixing the problem, your verification email links back to the app but the app doesn't redirect anywhere.

8. For example, if I have $1.15 in my account and drinks are $1.20, I have to deposit in a minimum of $5.00 just to get the extra .05 I need.

9. When I tap sign-in, it takes me to my browser, then when I put in my login credentials it takes me back to the app where my only options are on the sign in page ("sign-in, forgot password, etc.")Doesn't let me log in.

10. This app adds nothing except, amazingly, make it take, extra time and touches to buy stuff.When it works, it's great, but it has troubles detecting when it's near a kiosk.

11. Also, tried to create acount through the app and after putting my gender and other information, I tap "Next" on the app and a pop up appears saying it encounter a problem and for me to check my internet connection.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Connect & Pay Issues

1. Fix Connect & Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Connect & Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Connect & Pay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Connect & Pay" » Open Connect & Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Connect & Pay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Connect & Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Connect & Pay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Connect & Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Connect & Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Connect & Pay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Connect & Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Connect & Pay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Connect & Pay not working


2. Fix Connect & Pay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Connect & Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Connect & Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Connect & Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
