1. The last two years when I speak with support staff they've admitted that the email address feature doesn't actually work and have instructed me to "just fill in a fake email"!I just want to renew my subscription, but it is throwing an error.
2. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because every year without fail it requires me to renew the subscription and then will not recognize my login info, requiring me to spent a least few days communicating with tech support.
3. When I tried to renew this year I got repeated message saying that I need to purchase yearly payment even after it was already paid for.
4. So basically you can't use this app anymore and they don't seem to care about losing customers.Horrible app! I have been using this app for 3yrs with no problems at all, then my renewal time came this year and it charged me 2x.
5. And, if you try to contact customer service link just takes you to IBMs main website with no instruction on how to proceed from there.There is something wrong went with app it just keeping asking for annual renewal fee though it is already paid.
6. The app is supposed to have been ported to another branding, but you have to get a password from a corporate subscription to use it or port to a different type of app that is nothing like micromedex.
7. I will change from 1 star if this is fixed, but currently I cannot recommend.Trying to get it to download and install has been the worst experience I have ever had with an app.
8. I could see if it was free....It's amazing they haven't fixed the issue with the payment request loop ASAP.
9. I was charged two times due to a message from the app says the purchase process wasn't successful, then I realized the app is crushed.
10. Really bad it was one of my favorite.Every year it's the same, very difficult to renew.
11. The app keeps telling you to pay, and no matter how many times you pay your subscription, it keeps telling you that you need to pay.
