1. Please keep these as current and reliable as the company is at withdrawing membership, yearly, and personal training fees!!! The gym is awesome! Wish app was too!!Update: I am still unable to view the class schedule from the app.
2. As a new member I would like to see a description of all the classes they offer in order to see if I'd be interested, then look for it on the weekly schedule to plan my week, but there is nothing under each class/exercise description button.
3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still not working.I have the updated version and I'm unable to look at any class schedules or instructors, therefore I'm unable to rsvp to the classes.
4. Will be joining golds gym instead - they offer way better customer service.You guys really aught to add in the functionality to use at least an authenticator app like Google vault or something to verify a login instead of just periodically signing people out.
5. Definitely needs workWell, my husband just signed us both up for this gym but looks like we're not off to a great start with this app 🙄 Our location in Antioch, TN isn't even listed as a selection during app registration, so we cannot complete the process.
6. Welp I can't access the app to get the member ID! Very frustrating to being limited to giving my number at check inApp is very buggy and lacking features.
7. For the week and all future weeks, it just says no classes available.Overall, the app looks nice and is easy to use.
8. The Class Schedule page should automatically select the "home gym" instead having clients scroll through the list of gyms.
9. I've tried clicking the drop down box option to filter and the screen goes dark like it's trying to show me the options, but it's just dark.
10. Password reset doesnt work - I get no email to reset.
11. This is how I plan my week, now unable to view it in the app.
