1. Thank you.Overall Good But One Problem Is Screen Rotation Option Doesn't Work, Please Fix The Screen Rotation Issue On Live News.App interface not functioning correctlyThe features I like most are the free ad, unbiased presentation, crystal clear audio, awesome picture and video.

2. Besides, I would like to suggest TRT World to fix bugs so that loading does not appeared as a problem and crashing doesn't happen while scrolling and searching.How can there be a news app without bookmark option to save articles to read later.

3. Option to select a word or a part from the article is also a must have optionThis version does not show any settings menu on my Android phone.

4. Why can't i select a word on a page while reading? Sometimes, i come across with an unknown word, not to be able to select it which is annoying, and cannot search it online or in a dictionary instead i type it down the whole word to a dictionary of another app...Brilliant, unbiased, and top-notch journalism.

5. The app is good and reports unbiased news but when you click on it the response is too slow or it doesn't respond at all.

6. One complaint though, it doesn't has the feature to share or save articles, which is unfortunate.It would be good if it allowed clickabe text.

1. Fix TRT World Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TRT World: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TRT World App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TRT World" » Open TRT World » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TRT World » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TRT World app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TRT World servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TRT World" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TRT World app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TRT World might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TRT World. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TRT World then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TRT World not working

2. Fix TRT World Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TRT World be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TRT World not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TRT World may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
