Please remove *Xcall app* from your advertising campaign.I saw some reviews saying the Tri coin app isn't producing Tri coin and at first it looked like it wasn't because after about 7 or 8 hours the counter was still 0 then I pressed the claim button and viewed a very short add and I received 76.0 Tri coin.

2. Also, "Transaction entries limits have increased from 20 to 40" is a statement that makes little sense, and needs greater explanation.After update first time I lost my 2200 TRI.

Like the app, however one thing I really hate, the worldwide leaderboard or whatever it's called, you should have to give location to confirm where you are instead of being able to chose, cause people choose my real location, because people around me don't use app so it's easier for them to hit my leaderboard.

4. I'm going to give it a chance if I get to try it anytime soon but a response from the devs is desperately needed.The app has a lot of glitches parts of the app doesn't work and I can't even tap the claim button sometimes.

5. A gray square pops up behind the rainbow circle so I can't tell how much tri coin is collected and the transaction screen doesn't display either.

6. Please fix that they can live USA and do Canada leaderboard it's cheating, unless they're actually here which I garentee they aren't.Been using it since it first hit the app store... Before they took it off.

7. They should add a real time counter to avoid confusion and a real time fiat price chart.

8. Major bugs need to be fixed and 2 weeks worth of trying to needs to be compensted.

9. Some adds intended to download their app compulsory and if you are not installed their app, company is not giving tokens.

10. Company is giving free tokens but showing adds is company, s income.

1. Fix Tri Coin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tri Coin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tri Coin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tri Coin" » Open Tri Coin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tri Coin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tri Coin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tri Coin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tri Coin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tri Coin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tri Coin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tri Coin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tri Coin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tri Coin not working

2. Fix Tri Coin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tri Coin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tri Coin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tri Coin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
