1. Bla bla, what is this?Keep crashing whenever asking for need help ... booked for cleaning services and they said the offer is no longer avilable ! so far useless even I got full year membership !I choose the free trial for 15 days to test the app before starting paid membership .
2. I emailed them, so far no reply.Membership required for getting a pass or offer, if I click getting membership, my id is not valid, its telling it has assigned to different person, also i received an email of activating train with validity of Jan 1 1970.
3. On one side theyre sending me notifications to claim my discounts and free scoops via the app and when i go to use these vouchers all the locations claim that the app isnt working.I had a simple problem and the department in charge of solving it beautifully, quickly and under the supervision of the CEO.
4. But all the offer .still closed so that mean fake trial period and not trust the offer they provideI reported few bugs and were fixed.
5. Customer service and app UX is sublime.The buy 1 get 1 free offer was refused at one of their restaurants.
6. So far so good, fact that I can't login on both of my phone's is a bit annoying but it makes sense since its membership linked.
7. After "escalating" to the management it was confirmed that the offer didn't exist anymore.
8. Then they asked us to come back as they would honor the offer... which we refused as we had already left.
9. In case you face any issues just report it and it would be fixed by the amazing team #travellerpass 👍App doesn't open.
10. Call and check the offers before going anywhere.The app has not been working for over 2 weeks now.
11. Before I had a review that I got a fake offer for this app by khaleej times.
