1. JunkGreat oven but app to run it needs work! The biggest issue is the lack of the most basic option for cooking app: the ability to edit your recipes.

2. I had to cook it at least an additional 20 minutes - 'FAIL' of the simplest item! There should be a way to start the oven cooking from the app - otherwise, I should be able to program the oven to start at a specific time or period.

3. The progress bar glitches sometimes, the lists of recipes appear scrollable but when you try it changes the page, and for some reason it makes me convert recipes to another oven... The state of this app guarantees I will return my oven.Not forward compatible with todays Wifi.

4. We should be able to comment on both good and bad meals and view our comments later.I have to unplug the oven because of counter space issues where I live.

9. So if you want to add 2 minutes to the first step of the recipe or change the cooking temperature it you have to enter the recipe again by deleting all the steps and starting over.

1. Fix Tovala Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tovala: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tovala App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tovala" » Open Tovala - Rethink Home Cooking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tovala » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tovala - Rethink Home Cooking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tovala servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tovala - Rethink Home Cooking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tovala app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tovala might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tovala. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tovala then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tovala not working

2. Fix Tovala Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tovala be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tovala not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tovala may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
