1. Reason for 5 stars is the very responsive costomer service and super fast credit when i cancelled my account.Well up until yesterday this app was working fine and a great app to use to call my international friends with, however now it is giving me the following message when I open the app: "Server Certificate Error! Do you use public WiFi?" I haven't changed any settings on my phone at all....frustrated as I have had a response from toolani help people on this issue.

And the numbers aren't saved in my call history either, which can be confusing.Recent time a lot of technical problems are emerging: certification failure; you can't know wether app is calling or not, you know only when some picks up; if the number calling to is not available, then one old lady (I think it's only automatic voice answer) answers in Russian language and you lose your money ( connection fee + one minut fee).

3. Huge improvement has been made on the app, as now is finally able to run and get the list of contacts with no internet.It's a big mistake to use this application, I can't make a single call, they don't answer e-mail, I can't return the money.

4. I am using the service for offline calls only, as I was tired of internet voip based calls for the lag and other sounds issues.

5. Server certificate error! Do you use a public wifi? This error message occurs no matter what the network connection you use... Now the credit is taken, without connecting.

6. No response to request for refund.worked fine, but since a couple of days i can't make phone calls to the Netherlands anymore from the USA.

1. Fix toolani Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart toolani: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the toolani App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "toolani" » Open toolani - International Calls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for toolani » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear toolani - International Calls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from toolani servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "toolani - International Calls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check toolani app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, toolani might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall toolani. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall toolani then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing toolani not working

2. Fix toolani Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make toolani be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to toolani not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
