1. At a minimum.. download it for a free pre roll or discount (or both) at your local place.👍🔥AWESOME app! 3. I deleted the app because its of no use to me, but it may be good if you live close to the ones listed.Unable to pass 'Are you a medical or recreational user?' - No prompt to continue past this point on my completely up to date BLU S1.

4. What's the point to logging in?Great way to earn free stuff and a good way to learn about deals from local dispensaries.

5. I have a lot of the same companies listed on the apps map near me, but it tells me the closest dispensery is almost 100 miles away, in another state... Even when entering my location, and the location of the dispensaries I frequent, it still shows the closest one being almost 100miles away.

1. Fix TokeIn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TokeIn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TokeIn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TokeIn" » Open TokeIn - Get Cannabis Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TokeIn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TokeIn - Get Cannabis Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TokeIn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TokeIn - Get Cannabis Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TokeIn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TokeIn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TokeIn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TokeIn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TokeIn not working

2. Fix TokeIn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TokeIn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TokeIn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TokeIn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
