2. Keep up the great work!Very powerful app for Thirdlane PBX users! Allows my team to collaborate, share files, and video conference without relying on social media apps.

3. Also lack of different languages to chhoose from - but for the price you pay it is excellent.Currently no option to integrate it with AD, only loggings via extension numbers or needs to ntergate with windows hello etc.

4. It means that when you call someone ( as other options like video call - not avaialable till user on other end opens app on device) from contact list they can not see it unless they actually open app and become active ( green dot next to user ).

1. Fix Thirdlane Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Thirdlane Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Thirdlane Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thirdlane Connect" » Open Thirdlane Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thirdlane Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Thirdlane Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thirdlane Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thirdlane Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Thirdlane Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thirdlane Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Thirdlane Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thirdlane Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Thirdlane Connect not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Thirdlane Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Thirdlane Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Thirdlane Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
