1. I cannot give zero stars, so the 1 star i'm forced to give is that I submitted it all to Triib Support with screenshots, and within 2 days working with them on troubleshooting my login issue.New update (6.21.22) dropped being able to see how many people and who signed up for class.

2. Functionally and aesthetically great.Waiting a year for the Android version to update to match the iOS was only slightly irritating.

3. clearly the apple version is the priority.Update 11/2020: Since the complete overhaul, the app has been great.

4. My gym uses this app and if it weren't for that, I would uninstall.This does a great job on the signing up section and unrolling in a class easy.

5. Now at the gym on the desktop computer it's easy to find.It's great using the app to be able to track your progress and see what's going in out box.

6. Three stars because it works, but you have to be very very careful to make sure everything is loaded correctly before you proceed with any changes.I'm giving this 3 stars because it does do the key things i need it to do.

1. Fix Triib Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Triib: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Triib App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Triib" » Open Triib » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Triib » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Triib app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Triib servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Triib" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Triib app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Triib might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Triib. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Triib then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Triib not working

2. Fix Triib Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Triib be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Triib not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Triib may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
