1. I'm having to do my CKSA on a laptop in order to complete them in time.helpful clinical presentations: usually well thought out and well based results: able to adjust the questions when sufficient outrage comes out from the target audience: that's us, the MD's.States invalid username and password and I can't even log in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ABFM CKSA Issues

1. Fix ABFM CKSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ABFM CKSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ABFM CKSA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABFM CKSA" » Open ABFM CKSA » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABFM CKSA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ABFM CKSA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABFM CKSA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABFM CKSA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ABFM CKSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABFM CKSA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ABFM CKSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABFM CKSA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABFM CKSA not working
