Why should I report an Issue with Wonlex?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Its kind of pointless to have this when the location doesnt work because it's almost the only reason for the watch is to know where the child is!Constant crashes, no background notifications of messages and you have to close/reopen app to get it to update positioning.

2. i will update if anything changes and also to name the watch modelSince the last update (in November), I keep getting various notifications from other people's watches I do not own! This strange behaviour violates security policies.

3. Aside from this, the app itself looks pretty neat although any location update indeed needs app relaunch :-(Says the number of operations is to frequent try again in 12 hours!!!! Won't let me in the app to see where my kid is at! Fix this nowVery laggy every time when launching the App.Horrible. Accuracy of around 600 meters is inacceptable.

4. And too all future "smart" watche customers I want to say... Don't buy wonlex because there app puts our child is at risk.Constantly crashes, can't use for more than a few minutes, and doesn't background well.

5. in my opinion, the whole app needs to be redesigned.DEAR WONLEX APP DEVELOPERS - Your app is the worst app I have ever experienced and believe me I've have tried some terrible and useless apps along the way.

6. The location positioning is the worst I have everexperienced! It puts my child over 15km out of place and I cant fix the location.

7. Not fit for purpose! Doesn't even deserve one star! Addition: Just tried to contact my son at school but no SMS, GPS or even calling would work.

8. a couple of minor features like sound guardian are confusing/ don't work well but they are not functions needed.

9. If you understand English then not only do you lie about the product and have incorrect labelling on your packaging As a parent I buy your product for security and safety.

10. Doesn't support all watch features either such as Add Friends.

11. It should at least have an option to pinpoint the location manually so that the app can rectify and calculate better.

1. Fix Wonlex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wonlex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wonlex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wonlex" » Open Wonlex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wonlex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wonlex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wonlex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wonlex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wonlex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wonlex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wonlex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wonlex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wonlex not working

2. Fix Wonlex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wonlex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wonlex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wonlex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
