1. And what is the purpose of being able to download the episodes if I can't watch them offline???? It's annoying cause I'll have episodes downloaded but can't wait cause I'm not connected to wifi and data service in the area is not great so I'm stuck not being able to watch the downloaded episodes.The pause/play button needs to be moved/fixed.
2. Have yet to find the 10 second ff and rewind button, not sure how to turn off the app, pause time is limited.......and while casting to my tv from my phone the drama will start playing randomly on my phone.
3. TenCent refuses to acknowledge my e-mails and Google Play refuses to help because my problem does not qualify.
4. TenCent ignores me, and Google Play refuses to help me.
5. A paid subscription doesn't improve service and there is NO customer service.
6. So silly😥😄😥I watch with English subtitles and many times they go to fast causing me to need rewinding.
7. And contacting customer service is like writing a detailed message and burning it hoping it will reach its recipient.
8. It's a mess.I purchased a VIP yearly pass from TenCent at a cost of 56.99 USD.
9. Good shows but inaccessible.It crashes frequently and now they want to charge more money on top of the VIP subscription fees.
10. A VIP membership is supposed to include the videos without ads and we are supposed to get advance access which is why I paid the fees.
11. Today I wanted to watch a show only to see that I have to pay to see something that was free (I already watched it) last week.
