1. Seeing full screen video sound on ads all the time which you don't see on the web version? Not cool...Am going with 5star the best disposable email app you can get, the email can stay up to years if you don't change it, ads barely show up, don't let anyone trick you it's the best, this is the only app I have ever decided to comment about it's just to good to be free of chargeso many ads ,you are better off using the browser version.

2. Edit: I don't mind banner ads while I do my thing , but banners and videos you can't skip if you want to use the app? No thanks , you are just greedy at this point .I recently used Temp Mail and I must say, it's a fantastic service! The basic version is free and it's incredibly easy to use.

3. I don't have time to really check it right now, but if it fails to work when needed, the way it did before, despite not updating it, I'm coming back here and downgrading this to a one-star.This application is great for temporary email.

1. Fix Temp Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Temp Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Temp Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Temp Mail" » Open Temp Mail - Temporary Email » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Temp Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Temp Mail - Temporary Email app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Temp Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Temp Mail - Temporary Email" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Temp Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Temp Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Temp Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Temp Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Temp Mail not working

2. Fix Temp Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Temp Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Temp Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Temp Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
