1. I would recommend against this app.I set a different ringtone for calls, but when someone calls the telmediq app, my default phone ringtone and the telmediq ringtone both play at same time.
2. Notifications don't cut off after you check messages, have to go in multiple times before it registersHate it, if i didnt need it for work.... it restarts randomly, logs out automatically, even if time is wrong3 day outage.
3. When trying to speak to someone within the organization, you can o ly hear every other syllable of the conversation between you two.Half the time the app doesn't alert me that there's a message... In any way.
4. It's also glitchy when trying to make a favorites folder, keeping some contacts and arbitrarily losing othersApp keeps crashing using Android 14 betaThe new update is a disaster.
5. It gets very low despite the highest call or media volume on my phone.
6. Allows separate notifications based on priority of message set.
7. Allows group messaging based on care team and patient list which integrates with Epic.
8. Please fix.When making phone calls, you often can't be heard by the other person.
9. Also, one needs select the speaker option to listen through Bluetooth and when you do that want subsequent call is made in speaker.
10. I took one start off because of the volume to listen to messages.
11. Dangerous: The default notification goes off at full volume.
