1. So easy app to make and yet so complex design to understand and find something.Keep stealing my balance, their data counter is wrong, they billed me wrongly for data when the subscription was still active , in 5+ years I have 100$+ stolen and countless complaints/time wasted (including to customer protection services) shameful display of internationally known brand!Very slow and not intuitive at all.

2. app asks you to update and there is no update for it, then logs you out randomly, you get notifications for posts that doesnt exist... tons of bugs, all in all its a vomit...I bought one of your sims so I could use data while in Skopje.

3. Pure time wasting.The app somehow is ok, but the service are the worst especially when it comes to using an internet package with regular invoice.

4. Bring back this feature ASAP!The app is OK but the main problem is that you can't open it if you don't have internet connection on your phone.

5. Often can't connect to server or crashes.The update has just 2 options for family share of the Internet, either all of it or just 1GB.

6. More phone companies should have something like this.Seems liie theres always something wrong with the app... The CC issue is resolved.

7. Also with any update the debveloper makes you need to reinstall the app so it can function.

8. I wouldn't recommend this provider to anyoneInstead of registation code I recived empty email tree times.

9. Then what's the case of the app, when you need to use it to activate your 3g when you don't have any Wi-fi or other it doesn't work.

10. The slowest app i have in my phone among arround 30 other apps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Telekom MK Issues

1. Fix Telekom MK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Telekom MK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Telekom MK App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Telekom MK" » Open Telekom MK » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telekom MK » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Telekom MK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telekom MK servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telekom MK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Telekom MK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telekom MK might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Telekom MK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telekom MK then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telekom MK not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telekom MK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telekom MK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telekom MK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
