Telekom ME Customer Insights

1. Unfotunately it does not give all avaliable options to pay for prepaid internet through this app, speciffically 6€ option (5GB), also sometimes tracking for avaliable amount of prepaid internet is seriously buggy.

2. I had forgotten my password and login for this app and no-one seems to care to help! If I could give the service a negative rating, I would!It is ok app.

3. Of course if you patient for them to load.It's not as much the app than the service that goes along with Telekom.

4. Went in the store to have this fixed and nothing was changed.It forgets your number all the time so you have to resend the code.

5. I recently been charged twice this month for the same service and was given the wrong package.

6. But all this mentioned bugs are more probably at foult of Telecom.me operator then to the app it self so I don't hold it against it.Go with M Tel.

7. It takes a lot of time to load.

8. Now only 5, 10 or 20 EUR available!!!!! Very convenient, thank you very f much!!!Its one of the slowest apps I have used.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Telekom ME Issues

1. Fix Telekom ME Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Telekom ME: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Telekom ME App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Telekom ME" » Open Telekom ME » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telekom ME » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Telekom ME app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telekom ME servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telekom ME" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Telekom ME app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telekom ME might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Telekom ME. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telekom ME then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telekom ME not working


2. Fix Telekom ME Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telekom ME be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telekom ME not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telekom ME may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I can't log in to Telekom.me. Password and usernames have been forgotten. My phone number is +38267589184 when I ask for my PIN code I don't get it even though a notification comes that the PIN code has been sent.

  • My phone number in Podgorica is 38267109309. I left Podgorica November for an emergency and have not paid my December bill. And, don’t plan to return to Montenegro anytime soon. I would like to pay what I own and my account closed. Please contact me .
