Why should I report an Issue with Tastemade: Stream Shows & Docs?

1. Very disappointed and we hope it reverts back to it's superior version at some point.Im a paid subscriber but I hate this app! It is impossible to get recipes from my favorite shows without sitting and writing ingredients and guessing the amounts.

2. I had the app bc I loved the individual recipes and also bc it was free! now it's only shows and all of my favorite videos are gone, especially the recipes that I wanted to make at some point in the future.

3. I dont go to tastemade because I want them to be like Hulu or Netflix - I go to tastemade for good recipes and simple videos.

4. Get the old version back with concise videos and texts of recipes! It's easier to follow them that way.

5. It also turned into a streaming service for cooking shows rather than video recipes.

6. Unfortunately since it recently updated it has turned into a bit of a mess, cant find new recipes easily and generally unintuitive.

7. Just sad now..They kind of force you to get a paid subscription with making most videos only appear for the people with subscription, and by letting you save a limited number of videos.

8. Link the recipes to the episodes!This app used to be phenomenal by providing hundreds of recipes with easy access and navigation through the app.

9. I would be very far into a category searching and reading recipes when I'd make the mistake of hitting their "back" button instead of my own phone's and it would send me all the way back to their home screen.

10. Earlier, I was able to search for recipes according to different categories which was so damn convenient.

11. Highly dissatisfied with the creators of the new update as the app design looks gross, and disappointed in Tastemade's decision to turn into a streaming service.

1. Fix Tastemade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tastemade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tastemade App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tastemade" » Open Tastemade: Stream Shows & Docs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tastemade » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tastemade: Stream Shows & Docs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tastemade servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tastemade: Stream Shows & Docs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tastemade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tastemade might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tastemade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tastemade then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tastemade not working

2. Fix Tastemade Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tastemade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tastemade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tastemade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
