Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 4Us Issues
1. Fix 4Us Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart 4Us: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the 4Us App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "4Us" » Open 4UsMobile » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 4Us » click "UPDATE".
- Clear 4UsMobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 4Us servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "4UsMobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check 4Us app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 4Us might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall 4Us. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 4Us then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 4Us not working
2. Fix 4Us Server issues & Internet Connection
