1. Remote control of Awnings, Auto Level, Water Heater, AC, Heat Pump, Heater, Lights (dimmers), Slides, Tire pressure and temp, It re-establishes connection to Bluetooth as the app is opened, be patient, just like any other bluetooth device, it takes a few seconds.

2. I wish the camper didn't come with the screen and moniter.Initially when i first open app and pair samsung phone, everything works great, no problems.

9. I'll be installing my old TPMS that work..I thought having an app to control everything would be great until I got one.

10. Fortunately I had paired my phone and can control the slide, lights, etc .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK Issues

1. Fix JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK" » Open JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK by BMPRO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK by BMPRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK by BMPRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK not working


2. Fix JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Having issues loading the firmware update!, I hit the upload message on my I phone then it tells me firm ware update no successful , I do not have the bigger screen in my camper, have the JAYCOMMAND smaller screen

My app is requiring a firmware update. It fails each time. I already have a google account but do not know how to add the app when there is no internet connection link in the app itself to do it directly from the app. How can I add the device to google play account outside of the app?
