1. Great app overall though.Easy to use and set up, very sensitive to sounds from the baby station, can switch from video mode to non-camera mode easily.

2. Not what I was hoping 😕Works better than my $400 baby monitor! It's responsive to noise, I like that you can zoom in with the camera, it's super easy to connect and most importantly, it stays connected.

3. But more importantly, I would like to be able to set the intensity of the flashlight when checking in as not to inadvertently wake up my baby with the blinding full strength flash.It's a great App.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ba Issues

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working


2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
