1. Great app overall though.Easy to use and set up, very sensitive to sounds from the baby station, can switch from video mode to non-camera mode easily.

2. Not what I was hoping 😕Works better than my $400 baby monitor! It's responsive to noise, I like that you can zoom in with the camera, it's super easy to connect and most importantly, it stays connected.

3. But more importantly, I would like to be able to set the intensity of the flashlight when checking in as not to inadvertently wake up my baby with the blinding full strength flash.It's a great App.

4. I would love to be able to change the focus of the camera as it auto focuses on any object closest to it in the frame (in my case a cot mobile or mosquito net) , instead of where I want it to.

5. Had a little issue (notification disappearing, but app still running properly in the background) when I updated my phone to Android 13 - wrote to the developers and received an answer within a day, a patch four days later.

6. I really like that I can talk to my baby through the microphone & turn the camera on & off whenever I need to.

7. I used this on the Dormi app before (other baby monitor) where it worked fine.Lots of lag, though connections (wifi or data) are fine.

8. Connection always reliable (depending on your network of course), video works well, can retrieve a photo.Works well and I am happy with the purchase.

9. Useless... Pity, liked the designTried a whole bunch of similar apps - none came even close in reliability, cross-platform compatibility, functionality, and price.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ba Issues

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Monitor 3G - Video Nanny" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working


2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
