I'll just stick with my relax melodies app and a night light instead.I bought the premium version after using this app for years and now anytime I try to play a lullaby it tells me it's "downloading" then it says "can not download please try again" I have the new S22 ultra and I've set the battery mode unrestricted I've even allowed it to use mobile data and run in the background.

2. Wrong!!! I no longer have ads that play after changing the sounds/songs, but there are still ads at the bottom of the screen, and you have to PURCHASE additional sounds/songs for $0.99....Each. I feel like ALMOST $4 for removing a few ads that shouldn't be there in the FIRST PLACE is a bit of a rip off.Downloaded it because it looked perfect for what I was looking for, but should have read the reviews about how the adds ruin it first.

3. The adds make this app pretty much completely useless.Big difference from phone to tablet so it's originally a night light that changes from a elephant to a sheep or even a mouse if you choose on your ph phone but when you download it to your tablet this feature doesn't exist and you have to pay to use it.

4. Only a few things are available for free but that's not why I gave it one star it's because the night light figure isn't available.Ads pop up as soon as I open it... Bummers.. then they don't even label each song so I had to press and wait for them to download just to hear what they were... N the night light isn't that exciting.

I'm so disappointed.Could be better if the animals didn't have such horrifying eyes had to stop using this app and get another one cus every time I opened app I saw those horrific eyes that put me into a state of panic when trying to sleep and was probably one the causes of my terrible nightmares I think there was one animal in there with blue eyes which was slightly better still scared to even look at the app cover fix those soul stealing eyes!!!needs improvements.

6. The adds at the bottom of the screen stay bright even when you dim the night light part, negating the whole point of dimming.

7. For a million downloads I think that is a million to reasons why you have so many bad reviews.The new look is a huge step up from before, and my little son loves the stories, that was a great addition as well.

8. Please fix my daughter loves these specific songs and so do I!!!As soon as I downloaded and tried to use it said error network not responding.

9. I just hope that more stories in english will be added, a lot of popular stories that we want to listen too during bed are in another language and would be great to have more I english.Changed my rating for a 5 to a 2.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Night Light: Instant Slee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Night Light: Instant Slee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Night Light: Instant Slee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
