Why should I report an Issue with TailorMate - App for Tailors?

1. Now I can finally relax!! Great Job Tailormate Team!!I was excited to start using this app cos its been difficult finding tailoring apps for inventory, Now while this is a great app for tailors, I don't understand why i must include the picture for the order to be saved, that should be optional not compulsory & the dating system does not give me the opportunity to input old orders with previous dates and I find that frustrating.

2. Starting for Customer Management, Measurement Capture, Image capture, order management, invoicing etc.We are a tailoring group based out of India and I have used many apps to manage our job.

3. I will suggest some features on timely manners that will help both of us to make this app much better suited for needs.This is a useless app, the settings given do not work, the settings have been given just for show.

4. There should also be option to add barcodes to orders and option to print the invoices with that barcodes which stores customer details.Keeps getting hanged up on "fetching stitching options".

5. My only suggestion is in addition to existing reports, add more reports for forecasting the work in particular seasons where there are extra resources needed.Amazing App! I was hoping someone would come up with an idea like this.

6. Its making me reconsider the use of it...This app is great, but there should be a way to assign tasks to workers like to master or cutting or stitching so that they would know what work is to be done.

1. Fix TailorMate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TailorMate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TailorMate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TailorMate" » Open TailorMate - App for Tailors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TailorMate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TailorMate - App for Tailors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TailorMate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TailorMate - App for Tailors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TailorMate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TailorMate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TailorMate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TailorMate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TailorMate not working

2. Fix TailorMate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TailorMate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TailorMate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TailorMate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
