1. I'm definitely making progress! A few minor issues with the reminder feature not being able to snooze after it is set and the day (6?8?) where we are supposed to watch the metacog video, the steps are out of order.If you're easily frustrated with buggy technology, may be best to skip the app and just follow the steps from the book.

2. However, the steps in the app are agonizingly slow to load at times, and recently, the reminders for each day have not been popping up at all.The work, content and concept are great.

10. I have been working with the book off and on for 4 years, but the app was making the whole process so much easier.

11. Questions are answered with "That's not how it works" rather than "Wow, that is misleading and we see how that doesn't make sense from an end user experience, we will address".

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Neurocycle Issues

1. Fix Neurocycle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Neurocycle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Neurocycle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neurocycle" » Open Neurocycle » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neurocycle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Neurocycle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neurocycle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neurocycle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Neurocycle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neurocycle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Neurocycle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neurocycle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neurocycle not working


2. Fix Neurocycle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neurocycle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neurocycle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neurocycle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
