Why should I report an Issue with Sweet Pea - Dating & Relations?

1. It says "you recently logged in with Facebook, do you want to continue?" YES! SO STOP SENDING BACK TO THIS SAME STATEMENT! So now that I gave this app some permissions with my Facebook account, my info is stuck! What a disappointment.Tried it for 2 months.

2. It's shame, seems like a great concept.Edit 2: finally able to see profiles of people who have started a conversation with me now that it's too late.

3. First thing you could start with is remove that 'or' in the sign up with facebook or phone number in the sign up page.

8. Didn't want to match with guys, the app kept showing me guys in my area despite changing my settings.

9. Uploading pictures to your profile can also be buggy its shows they are there but dont show up on your preview.The app was a little confusing to navigate.

10. Spoke to only 2 people, neither of which were in my area, and 1 of them wasn't in the same state.Chatting makes the app freeze and I have to force close and restart.

1. Fix Sweet Pea Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sweet Pea: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sweet Pea App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sweet Pea" » Open Sweet Pea - Dating & Relations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sweet Pea » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sweet Pea - Dating & Relations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sweet Pea servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sweet Pea - Dating & Relations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sweet Pea app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sweet Pea might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sweet Pea. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sweet Pea then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sweet Pea not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sweet Pea be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sweet Pea not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sweet Pea may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
