Why should I report an Issue with FishTrack - Fishing Charts?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Surfline/Wavetrak, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Don't waste your moneyI am a regular fisherman who used this fish track everyday fishing.but since one month left without using this app because I could not enter this due to registration, I tried more than 100times ,its a 4 star rating app but I give 1 star because of my disappointing, its very difficult me to do fishing without this app ,can any one tell me how can I enter this track please,terrible app.

2. Atm it's not working 😢 probably to do with the war Russias having with ukraineThe basic app works fine but i paid for premium and it doesn't work.

3. Charts are priceless info, if the developers could only get their act together.Can only use on phone now, was easier and had more options and capabilities when it was available on computerJust got a new phone and downloaded the app.

4. Not happy about spending money on it when the free bersion was working just fine.Highly unstable software.

5. Features often not availiabe/won't open and very often logged out and can't login without restarting phone.

6. Chlorophyl charts most of the time won't upload and don't update without restarting phone.

7. Once I upgraded the layer stack on the bottom right turned into a location symbol, now there's no way to pull measurements off the maps.

8. Sure GPS coordinates work, but id have yo open my chartplotter app and that's a hassle to get rough distances.

9. bottom line...App is bogus.Had issues with premium not working.

10. Temp map never updates also you CANNOT track yourself offshore as advertised.

1. Fix FishTrack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FishTrack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FishTrack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FishTrack" » Open FishTrack - Fishing Charts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FishTrack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FishTrack - Fishing Charts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FishTrack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FishTrack - Fishing Charts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FishTrack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FishTrack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FishTrack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FishTrack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FishTrack not working

2. Fix FishTrack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FishTrack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FishTrack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FishTrack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
