1. Looking for a new app now.Why is it so hard to find a decent accurate weather app that's free? And that works? I used Weather Kitty for years and it started crashing my phone so i switched to this, and while this one doesn't crash my phone, it's rarely accurate and doesn't always fully load right away.

At this point, I really only use WeatherBug, at times, to check the radar of a saved location.80% of the time, the wind direction is wrong, takes forever to react, it's mid June, and it's still displaying snow accumulation, the map is slow af, and the reduced option doesn't display pertinent information, just random data.

3. Forecast has been off, there's more annoying click bate ads, it used to describe reasons for air quality but when I click to find out the factors, it talks about the disney weather partnership.

4. is the weather even accurate to my location? Who knows? To developers, I won't reach out to you via some email address, so just fix the issues and state that or don't reply.

5. There is supposed to be a way to change the order, so air quality is at the top, but it doesn't work.REMOVE THE 'BRAND WRAP'!!!! It is ANNOYING.

6. My Alexa was on top of it though! Plus, the radar does not load anymore during severe weather.

10. The new wallpaper showing vacation photos is not only boring and uninteresting, they are so busy that it interferes with the information and makes it difficult to read.

1. Fix Weather Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Radar" » Open Weather Radar by WeatherBug » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Radar by WeatherBug app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Radar by WeatherBug" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Radar not working

2. Fix Weather Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
