Thank you for readingI like the app very much I'm a little bit disturbing how The Weather Channel puts in their links said that all you have to do is touch anywhere near their link and your automatically loaded to set up and install weather channel which I refused to do on the the Nat all it also won't let you get out of the screen once you do that you have to reset the phone almost to get away from with The Weather Channel fix that were goodVery nice app that gives you a good idea of what the weather is doing in your area...location is a tiny tiny bit off but I think thats more my device than anything else.

2. Does not keep correct time and temp without manual update.The app has good graphics but in general I have found it to be quite inaccurate, particularly when it comes to predicting rain.

3. I have one suggestion though - could you allow your app to show the time in standard time instead of only military time? Otherwise, again, this is absolutely hands down the most detailed weather app and it's also very easy to navigate and understand.I like this weather app a lot.

4. App has a lot of weather detail if proven accurate.App always gives a pop-up saying network not found.

5. If app is open I would expect the auto refresh to update the day temperature curve left first time to current hour.

9. Lacks a simple compass arrow which would give the end user some sort of idea of the direction his/her hat will be headed when stepping out the door.

1. Fix weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "weather" » Open weather forecast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear weather forecast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "weather forecast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing weather not working

2. Fix weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
