1. The new version is stable, I'm able to listen the past editions of the news but when i go on streaming the broadcasting is often interrupted.I use RFI Pure because it is the most up to date for RFI broadcasts (pour moi, c'est RFI en Français facile) and it works well.

2. It takes many attempts to connect and the transmission easily breaks This is forcing me to use a third party app to listen to my station, on the same connection that this app would not work.It stops every 3-5minutes.

3. I am done with it! It's coming off my phone for good!The app needs a super fast connection to work otherwise the transmission keeps breaking.

4. I have to use other application to access RFI content.Operating on Samsung Galaxy Note 10, it disconnects every 5-10 minutes.

5. But it does not show controls on the lock screen and the player itself is very basic (no rewind, for example).The podcasts work fine.

6. For now, every time I want to replay 5 or 10 seconds before, I have to navigate through the whole menu tree.The new version has a bug and crash continuously.

7. What happened to the app??One missed feature is to allow users to slide the playing progress forward/backward of the current audio file from everywhere.

8. Dont respond to stop and play but I have to leave rhe app (pressing 4 times the back button!!!!!!!!!!) and then reenter (another 4 times pressing a button).

9. Plays live broadcasts for a minute then stops after no more than 2 min.

10. Now with the Feb 2022 update, it's the worst it's ever been (plays for maybe 30 seconds then stops).

11. RFI has a great news and jurnalism content, very professional but the application is very bad.

1. Fix RFI Pure Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RFI Pure Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RFI Pure Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RFI Pure Radio" » Open RFI Pure Radio - Podcasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RFI Pure Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RFI Pure Radio - Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RFI Pure Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RFI Pure Radio - Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RFI Pure Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RFI Pure Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RFI Pure Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RFI Pure Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RFI Pure Radio not working

2. Fix RFI Pure Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RFI Pure Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RFI Pure Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RFI Pure Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
