Why should I report an Issue with Neku: OC character creator?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Sticker Maker Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Edit: my rating went down to a 3 because there's no option to - delete/edit your post after you published it in the gallery, No search/comment feature, No option to save/favorite templates... I really like this app, but if you can save/edit your draft then you should be able to edit your post as well.I absolutely love the concept of this app! I love that you can use templates from different artists to create your oc.

2. They just want money do not install this app its a waste of time ane not worth it.Good concept but the amount of ads is sad.

3. Tried watching the ad to get the hair again and it closed the one I was working on and I didn't get the hair.... Plus had to watch an ad to claim every quest it gave me.

4. Would not recommend getting if you want to create oc's for anything.I think the concept of making your own OC by actual drawings of artists(?) if I'm not mistaken is not only a fun idea but a cool concept as well.

5. In just the 10 minutes I spent trying to use the app, i spent the majority of my time watching ads I couldn't skip.

6. The amount of ads is horrendous, and the amount of times you have to watch ads just to get basic stuff, like collecting "rewards," is tedious and annoying.

7. While Picrew offers more features and is completely free(not saying I haven't seen the same problem, but youll most likely find some with more options).

8. There is no tutorial or even short introduction when you first download, and the user interface is simple but not very user friendly, so its really needed.

9. Plus there's no tutorial.It needs more veriety, if you are gonna put so many ads at least make sure that the user can choose their own colors.

10. The reason that I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because you can't save or "like" templates you like and would use again, and there's no search bar to search for a type of template or image you're looking for.

11. Also there's hardly anything to do either, very boring and not worth the time.So many unskippable 30+ second ads as well as constant ads littered through the whole app.

1. Fix Neku Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neku: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neku App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neku" » Open Neku: OC character creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neku » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neku: OC character creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neku servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neku: OC character creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neku app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neku might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neku. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neku then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neku not working

2. Fix Neku Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neku be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neku not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neku may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
