1. I don't neet to know each time what buttons to press ;)While the app looks like it would be fun, we've tried 3 different compatible devices and none of them have produced the apparent sounds needed to program the bot.

2. When swiping up with the unlocked game cards it does nothing, makes no sound and the boxer just sits there.

3. Pretty pointless info on the FAQs on these issues as well.as of today, a fresh installation of the app on both tablets and phones will not make the sound audible so actions cannot be triggered.

9. EDIT - ok, i am stupid - i found that you have to watch all demo movies - Now everything works like a charm.downloaded and installed ok.

10. In order for it to work you have to hold the listen button down for 2 seconds and the bot will make a sound.

11. Be careful with the volume, the app wanted it REALLY loud so my son didn't really like it, other than that, this little robot is awesome.

1. Fix Boxer Bot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boxer Bot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boxer Bot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boxer Bot" » Open Boxer Bot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boxer Bot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boxer Bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boxer Bot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boxer Bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boxer Bot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boxer Bot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Boxer Bot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boxer Bot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boxer Bot not working

2. Fix Boxer Bot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boxer Bot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boxer Bot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boxer Bot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
