Why should I report an Issue with SilverSingles: Dating Over 50 ?

1. It is laughable for an entire oversight of features that matter to all users of the site.First thing to write about this mess of an application, Very buggy application.

2. I have an Android smart phone, this app does not update or sync properly if you are using multiple periferals... It does not 'clean up' for cobtacts no longer in the site.

3. I had to report someone who was a fake person and so when I clicked on report abuse all that happen was a box appeared and the word cancel appeared on the lower right hand corner of the box.

4. In regards to the service, I have not experienced spam or fake profiles as on other sites, however my matches are very few and limited.I'm rating the service in general.

5. I get 30+ smiles a day from bots, and from the phone app there's no way to delete the messages without opening the bot profile and deleting the match, which encourages more bots to get into your messages...you can't get ahead of it.

6. To make matters worse, you can't even cut your losses; you pay for the entire subscription term with no provision for a partial refund even if you cancel the day after you purchase it (and you likely will).

7. So you waste your time setting up a profile - trying to see if maybe there are some locals on there - only to find they are charging $120 just to look at profile pictures.

8. It freezes up, the menu is not responsive, deleting messages doesn't work often, and on and on.

9. That was it!!!!! The discover option on the application does not work at all.

10. I would rather use my computer to go to the site than this application.I've been on for a few months.

1. Fix SilverSingles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SilverSingles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SilverSingles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SilverSingles" » Open SilverSingles: Dating Over 50 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SilverSingles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SilverSingles: Dating Over 50 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SilverSingles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SilverSingles: Dating Over 50 " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SilverSingles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SilverSingles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SilverSingles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SilverSingles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SilverSingles not working

2. Fix SilverSingles Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SilverSingles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SilverSingles not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SilverSingles may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
