1. Save your cash and try another app instead.The app seems to be broken! I get no messages and when I do, I get an error message telling me that the person who JUST sent me a message has deleted his profile! The same error message appears over and over and over again.
2. Unusual number of fakes contacting me (obvious copy/paste message with an email address, and what looked like a 'stock photo') This caused me to turn notifications off for the app.
3. After sending messages, the content is not fully on the screen...too far to the left so I am unable to view all of what I typed.This app... not good and very expensive for something that doesn't work well.
4. It is almost impossible to type out a message to someone... the keyboard acts up and doesn't respond correctly when trying to type a message to send.
5. After the first week or so, the number of blank photos and incomplete profiles starts to increase until gets a picture is rare.
6. I thought the page with the survey as to why you were leaving was enough to cancel the account, it was not and then it renewed for a higher amount than charge the first month.
7. In the app, when fake profiles are identified (which is quite often), and removed, if they contacted you, the face icons change for everyone in the inbox and continue to do so while you scroll.
8. Incredibly difficult to use the notification tool to access messages, so one is never sure if other users are receiving messages.
9. And then when you finally do type out a message after like 20 minutes to type it, the message is sent out with 3 or 4 copies of the same message.
10. Since day 1, after spending $137, swipe on people that you're interested in, get through a few, and all of the sudden.. same person pops up again.
11. Disappointed.This is the worst dating app I've ever used and extremely expensive! The majority of my "matches" contain no photos.
Kindly cancel my subscription on EliteSingles immediately please. Thanks
