Why should I report an Issue with CallMaster: Blocker & Callerid?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CallMaster Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. But the major drawback is the godlike permissions and "display over apps" allows it to hijack your phone which is extremely inconvenient! It also takes up so much space! I had to delete other apps and couldn't even take photos! Then I find out the app had over 50% of my internal storage hostage... With NO CLOUD UPLOADS!?!I've tried a few different call recorder apps, and this is the only one that has worked for me so far.

2. I had initiated the record call toggle for many calls the past month and I did not check if they recorded because it worked previously.

3. I have recommended this app to a couple of women already!! Thank you! *Update* App no longer records any calls even after checking settings and making sure it was set to automatically record all calls.

4. It's now completely useless to me.It's good for an app that will allow you to record your calls and be able to see the numbers and contacts that are being recorded.

5. It also needs to have an obvious way to pause the damn thing, uninstalling it to make confidential calls that require the keypad, and then reinstalling it, is cumbersome.The app no longer records all my calls; I have all permissions turned on.

6. I would prefer not to have to find something that works better.It would be 5 stars if only the call recordings weren't so terribly hard to sort.

7. However, when taking a phone call through the earpiece, the audio on the collars and does not sound very clear and is very dim or quiet.

8. So I decided to delete the logs w/o a play button to clear the front pg, as it DOESN'T have a recording attached to it.

9. So far this app is fantastic! It is free and it automatically pops up showing your call is being recorded.

1. Fix CallMaster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallMaster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallMaster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallMaster" » Open CallMaster: Blocker & Callerid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallMaster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallMaster: Blocker & Callerid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallMaster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallMaster: Blocker & Callerid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallMaster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallMaster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallMaster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallMaster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallMaster not working

2. Fix CallMaster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallMaster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallMaster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallMaster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
