2. Overall perfecf apps for eye testing.Installed long back but today actually i had some leasure time so i open this app & i am amazed ... Its really a best app for Refraction in fact it can be used in practical life by Optoms & Ophthals ... My side its 5/5 ...Several relevant eye tests in a plain interface.

3. all these apps are basically useless Facebook quizes just purely entertainmentI use these application during my clinical work and patient feels much comfortable because of easy nagiation and appropriate screen brightness cab be adjusted.

4. I have PIC and use the amsler grid to check on my vision changes.none of these apps try to calibrate to your screen size everyone's phones and computer monitors are all different sizes.

5. I don't understand how entering my credit card information into a supposedly free to use app is the only way to access my geographic location in order to give me the correct eye exam.

1. Fix Smart Optometry Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Optometry: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Optometry App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Optometry" » Open Smart Optometry - Eye Tests » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Optometry » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Optometry - Eye Tests app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Optometry servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Optometry - Eye Tests" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Optometry app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Optometry might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Optometry. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Optometry then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Optometry not working

2. Fix Smart Optometry Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Optometry be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Optometry not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Optometry may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
