1. Restart Weather Radar & Forecast Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Radar & Forecast Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Radar & Forecast Pro" » Open Weather Radar & Forecast Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Radar & Forecast Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Radar & Forecast Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Radar & Forecast Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Radar & Forecast Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Radar & Forecast Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Radar & Forecast Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Radar & Forecast Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Radar & Forecast Pro then reinstall.
