1. Oh, I couldn't even rate this app until it was deleted from my phone.The app seems great at first I think it was all working, I set up my alarm with some emoji lock on it or something and went to sleep.

2. The is no way I'm spending my money on something that only useful to me for 2 daysTried to track my sleep last night, and after the alarm went off, I tried to open the app to see what it tracked.

Recently my phone has been very low on space and I was wondering why so I used an app to tell me what was using so much space ; It turned out that it had recorded 600+ audios that I could only access through a third party app! It used 3GB! Even when I was awake it recorded me!Doesn't do anything.

1. Fix Sleeptic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sleeptic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sleeptic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sleeptic" » Open Sleeptic : Sleep Track & Smart Alarm Clock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sleeptic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sleeptic : Sleep Track & Smart Alarm Clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sleeptic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sleeptic : Sleep Track & Smart Alarm Clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sleeptic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sleeptic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sleeptic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sleeptic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sleeptic not working

2. Fix Sleeptic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sleeptic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sleeptic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sleeptic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
