1. The channel plays in portrait or landscape view and there is a soft button for forcing it to, but not the guide.App doesn't work.. on my phone I can actually watch TV but my guide doesn't even have half my channels.

2. I wonder how they supposedly have been highly ratedNegative zero stars! Dish Anywhere is the worst streaming app there is, and Dish Network is doing NOTHING to fix anything! For the amount we pay for service, there should not be so many issues.

3. To restore the program I go back to the channel guide, stop the buffering stuck stream and restart the channel.

4. After 1 hour, the screen goes black, and I have to go back to the TV guide and click on the channel I was watching to be able to keep watching.

1. Fix DISH Anywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DISH Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DISH Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DISH Anywhere" » Open DISH Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DISH Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DISH Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DISH Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DISH Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DISH Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DISH Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DISH Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DISH Anywhere then reinstall.
